How do I redeem my BBQ voucher?

BBQ Wholesale vouchers are currently redeemed manually while we upgrade our system.

How to redeem your voucher:

• Place your order online at bbqwholesale.com and select Bank Transfer as the payment method.
• WhatsApp 9225 5227 with your Order ID and voucher number.
• Do not make any bank transfer yet.
• Our Sales team will verify your voucher and advise the adjusted balance payable, if any.
• Once we confirm the amount, transfer only the balance advised by us.

Voucher terms:

• Only one voucher may be used per order.
• Vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers or promotions.
• Vouchers are transferable. We recognise the voucher number rather than the original recipient.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The validity period is stated when the voucher is issued and is typically 12 months.
• Expired vouchers cannot be extended.
