Can I collect outside the standard self-collection hours?

Collection outside BBQ Wholesale Centre’s standard 9:00am–4:00pm hours may be possible by prior arrangement, subject to staff and order-preparation availability.

Our standard self-collection hours are 9:00am–4:00pm daily, including Sundays and Public Holidays.

Same-day order exception: same-day orders placed online by 3:00pm may be collected before 5:00pm, subject to stock and preparation availability.

On selected occasions, collection hours may change. Any changes will be announced on the BBQ Wholesale homepage and will also be shown or made known when you pre-order.

If you need to collect outside these timings, contact us in advance. Special arrangements are subject to order preparation and staff availability and must be confirmed before you arrive.
