How do I remove items from my existing order?

You may request to remove items from an existing BBQ Wholesale Centre order, provided the order has not yet been locked for preparation and packing.

• You may remove items worth up to 20% of the original confirmed product subtotal.
• If the total value removed is more than 20%, it will be treated as a partial cancellation and the normal cancellation policy will apply.
• The 20% is calculated from the original confirmed product subtotal after discounts, excluding delivery charges and refundable deposits.
• Multiple removal requests are combined when calculating the 20% limit.
• Delivery fee, free-delivery eligibility and other applicable charges will be recalculated based on the revised order value.
