How do I pay via GeBIZ?

Government organisations may place orders with BBQ Wholesale Centre using GeBIZ. Please place your order at least 1 week in advance.

How it works:

Place your order online at bbqwholesale.com and select GeBIZ as the payment method.
Generate the quotation from your order.
Raise your organisation’s Purchase Order (PO) using the net amount excluding GST shown in the quotation.
Provide the PO number and required PO details to BBQ Wholesale.
Our Accounts team will verify the PO before the order is treated as confirmed.

Please provide the PO at least 5 days before the delivery or self-collection date to allow sufficient time for verification.

If the required PO is not received by the cut-off, we may ask you to make payment by bank transfer first so the order can proceed. Once payment is subsequently received from your organisation, the advance payment made to BBQ Wholesale will be refunded. Refunds are normally processed within 7–14 days.
