Can I return the foam box for a refund?

The chargeable foam box supplied with your current BBQ Wholesale Centre order may be returned for a refund.

For self-collection: remove your items and return the foam box to our team before you leave.

For delivery: remove your items and return the foam box directly to our driver at the time of delivery. Once the driver has left, we will not arrange another trip to collect it.

Only the foam box supplied with the same current order may be returned. Foam boxes from previous orders are not accepted.

Refunds are normally processed within 7–14 days after the foam box is returned. Foam-box refunds do not apply to GeBIZ or Vendors@Gov orders. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required before the refund appears in your account.
