Can someone or a third-party courier collect for me?

Someone else or a third-party courier can collect your BBQ Wholesale order on your behalf.

If you are arranging a third-party courier, WhatsApp 9225 5227 with your Order ID at least 2 hours before the intended pickup time and wait for our WhatsApp confirmation before sending the courier.

If someone else is collecting on your behalf, forward the SMS containing your self-collection reference to that person. For a third-party courier, also forward the self-collection SMS/reference so our team can locate your order quickly.
