How do I know if my order is confirmed?

For a normal website order, your order is confirmed after successful payment.

You should then:

• See an order confirmation page after checkout.
• Receive an order confirmation email.

For other order types:

• Sales-assisted exception orders: full payment must be received before the order is confirmed.
• Vendors@Gov: the order is confirmed after the required approved documentation has been received and verified.
• GeBIZ: the order is confirmed after the required Purchase Order has been received and verified.
