For portable BBQ pit rental, do you provide delivery or self-collection?

Both options are available. You may have the BBQ pit delivered, or collect and return it yourself.

Delivery:

• If you order BBQ food from us, the pit can normally be delivered together with the food in the same trip with no additional pit-delivery charge. The normal food delivery fee still applies.
• If you rent only the pit without a food order, a separate delivery fee applies. Please use our Delivery Fee Checker for the current fee and available options.
• The $60 base rental fee includes one return-collection trip. Collection is usually arranged for the following day between 9:00am and 12:00pm.

Self-collection and self-return:

• You may collect and return the pit yourself. The $60 base rental fee remains the same.
• The pit is approximately 72cm × 62cm and weighs about 10kg.
• If using a sedan or small car, the boot should be empty. A van or lorry is a better option.
• Confirm the return date and time with our Sales team when booking.
• Remove all charcoal and ashes before return. A $10 cleaning fee per pit applies if charcoal or ashes are left in the pit.
• The refundable deposit is normally processed within 7–14 days after the pit is returned or collected.
