Can I return or exchange items?

Generally, no. All items purchased from BBQ Wholesale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, whether delivered or self-collected.

The only exception is the chargeable foam box supplied with your current order, which may be returned for a refund:

• Self-collection: empty the foam box and return it to our team before leaving.
• Delivery: empty the foam box and return it to the driver at the point of delivery.
• Only the foam box supplied with that same order may be returned.
• We do not arrange a separate trip to collect foam boxes after delivery, and foam boxes from previous orders are not accepted.
• Foam-box refunds are normally processed within 7–14 days after the box is returned.
