Why is foam box automatically added to my order?

BBQ Wholesale Centre automatically adds a foam box when food or accessory items are added to your cart, except for charcoal, wire mesh, drinks, large aluminium trays and BBQ pit rental.

This applies to both delivery and self-collection orders. The foam box is used to contain and protect your ordered items during packing and delivery or self-collection, so it cannot be removed during checkout.

If you do not need the foam box after receiving your order, it may be returned for a refund. For self-collection, return it before you leave. For delivery, return it directly to the driver at handover. Only the foam box supplied with the same current order may be returned; boxes from previous orders are not accepted.
