Why is foam box automatically added to my order?

Foam boxes ensure food freshness during delivery and are automatically included in all orders.

To get a refund: Return the foam box to the driver upon delivery or during self-collection.
Refund will be processed within 3 to 10 working days via your original payment method.

Note: Foam boxes cannot be returned after the driver leaves.
