Can I self-collect my order?

Self-collection is available from BBQ Wholesale Centre at JTC Bedok Food City when you select Self-Collection during online checkout.

Orders including cooked food or BBQ packages:

Place your order and complete payment online by 12:00pm, 1 day before your collection date.
Your available self-collection timing will be shown when you place your order.

Last-minute same-day self-collection:

Subject to availability, place your order online by 3:00pm on the same day and collect before 5:00pm.
BBQ packages, cooked-chilled food and BBQ chef service are not available for last-minute same-day orders.

Standard collection time: daily, including Sundays and Public Holidays, 9:00am–4:00pm. Same-day orders placed by 3:00pm are a specific exception and may be collected before 5:00pm. On selected occasions, hours may change and will be announced on the BBQ Wholesale homepage or shown when you pre-order.
