Can I cancel my order if it rains on delivery day in Singapore?

Rain or bad weather does not provide a special cancellation, refund or postponement entitlement. If you cancel because of rain, the normal cancellation policy applies. If your venue becomes unsuitable, contact us as early as possible and we will check whether the delivery location can still be changed before dispatch, subject to availability.
