Can I cancel my order if it rains on delivery day?

Rain or bad weather does not provide a special cancellation, refund or postponement entitlement. If you cancel because of rain, the normal cancellation policy applies.

If your venue becomes unsuitable, any request to change the delivery address or other delivery details must be made by 12:00pm, one day before the scheduled delivery or self-collection date, subject to availability. See our delivery-details guide.
