What happens if I am not around to receive my delivery?

If no one is available to receive your BBQ Wholesale delivery, you may authorise our driver to leave it at an agreed location.

Where unattended delivery is authorised, our driver may take a photo as proof of delivery.

If unattended delivery is not suitable or authorised, we may try to arrange re-delivery.

Please note:

Re-delivery is subject to driver availability and may not always be possible on the same day.
If re-delivery is possible, it may take place much later after the driver’s existing delivery route.
A re-delivery fee of $20–$30 will apply and is payable by the customer.
