How is my food packed for delivery?

We follow a systematic packing sequence with barcode-assisted verification to help check order contents and reduce packing omissions before dispatch.

Packing varies according to the type of item:

• Raw and frozen food: tray-sealed or packed in sealed bags and placed in insulated foam boxes.
• Chilled food: packed in suitable food-grade containers and placed in insulated foam boxes.
• Cooked-chilled food: packaging varies by item. Many cooked items are packed in covered aluminium trays, while items such as satay and otah may use other suitable food-grade packaging.
• Accessories: packed in plastic bags. Smaller bags may be placed inside a foam box for delivery convenience; larger bags may be packed separately.
