Postponement Policy:
- 7+ business days before event: Free postponement
- Less than 7 business days: 50% charge (balance as BBQ voucher)
- Same-day (event date): 100% charge (no refund)
*Note: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays don’t count as business days.
