How do I pay via Vendors@Gov?

BBQ Wholesale Centre accepts Vendors@Gov orders, but they require additional processing and approval. Please allow at least 1 week before your delivery or self-collection date.

Process:

Place your order online at bbqwholesale.com and select Vendors@Gov as the payment method.
Generate the required Vendors@Gov form.
Obtain the necessary internal approval from your organisation.
Return the approved form to BBQ Wholesale.
Your order is confirmed once we receive and verify the approved documentation.

If the approved documentation is not received by the cut-off, we may ask you to make payment by bank transfer first so the order can proceed. Once payment is subsequently received from your organisation through Vendors@Gov, the advance payment made to BBQ Wholesale will be refunded. Refunds are normally processed within 7–14 days.
