Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your BBQ Wholesale Centre order subject to the following notice periods:

5 or more calendar days before delivery: full refund.
2 to 4 calendar days before delivery: 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be issued as a BBQ Wholesale voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Less than 2 calendar days before delivery: 100% cancellation fee. No refund or voucher will be issued.

Where a monetary refund is due, it is normally processed within 7–14 days.

Example: for a Saturday delivery, Monday is the last day for a full refund. Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday falls under the 50% cancellation tier; Friday or Saturday receives no refund or voucher.
