2. Peak periods: 4-5 days in advance (Public holidays, eve of PH, June/Dec school holidays)

3. Last-minute orders for today: Subject to stock and delivery availability. If delivery is unavailable, self-collection is an option.

4. Walk-in purchases: Buy items directly without pre-ordering
