Can I cancel my order if it rains on delivery day in Singapore?

Rain or shine, we will deliver according to your order. Your food is freshly prepared, and drivers are scheduled in advance, so weather-related cancellations are not accepted.

If it rains on delivery day:

Option 1: Change delivery location Notify us of the new address:

Before 9am (for 9am-1pm deliveries)
Before 11:30am (for 1pm-7pm deliveries)

Option 2: Add disposable BBQ pits Continue your BBQ under shelter with our disposable pits (can be added to your order)

Cancellation Policy:

7+ business days before event: 100% full refund
Less than 7 business days: 50% charge (balance refunded as BBQ voucher)
Same-day (event date): 100% charge (no refund)

*Note: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays don’t count as business days.
