Can I ask someone else to collect on my behalf?

Yes, you may ask another person to collect on your behalf. Please ensure the authorised person knows your order ID, name and contact number for verification. 

• We recommend keeping foam box so as to preserve the quality of food item. However, if you choose not to keep the foam box, please notify counter staff upon collection. We will refund foam box money back to you.
• If you need to purchase additional item for your bbq, may buy on the spot at our collection point.
