How many days in advance must I book the BBQ pit?

We recommend booking BBQ pit at least 3 days in advance to ensure availability. 

How much do you charge for rental of large BBQ pit?

We charge $50 rental fee per BBQ pit per day. In addition, there is a refundable deposit fee of $200.

Deposit will be refunded within 10 to 14 working days once the pit is returned to the office.

Do you deliver BBQ Pit or must I collect myself?

You may choose to collect BBQ pit yourself at our office or have it delivered to your venue.

If delivery is selected, we will arrange drivers to pickup the pit after the event, usually on the next morning after the event between 9am to 12pm.

How big is your large BBQ pit?

Our large BBQ pit measure approximately 70cm (L) by 60cm (W) and is suitable to grill food for 30 to 40 people. 

Each bbq pit requires three wire mesh. Please note that wire mesh is not included in the rental price, you may purchase them separately.

Do I need to setup BBQ pit myself?

Yes, you will need to assemble BBQ pit yourself.

To assemble large BBQ pit:

1. Slot four metal stand into the base of the bbq pit.
2. Lay 1 pieces of wire mesh inside BBQ pit to hold the charcoal
3. Setup fire and cover BBQ pit with 2 pieces of wire mesh
