I do not need the foam box that I have purchased. Can I get a refund upon collection /delivery?
To maintain freshness in delivery, all food items are packed in foam box which is chargeable. Customer may return foam box to the driver IMMEDIATELY upon delivery for a cash refund. In the event, the driver does not have enough cash, BBQ office will refund back to customer via bank transfer or credit card within 7-14 working days.
NOTE: We will not be able to refund for the foam box after drivers have left your venue & foam box refund is not applicable for Gebiz or Vendors payment mode.
Can I still return used foam box from my previous order?
Unfortunately, we do not collect back or refund for used foam box.
