Can I change from Delivery to Self-Collection or vice versa?
Reschedule from delivery to self-collection or vice versa is possible, provided BBQ office is notified of change before the cut off time listed below. Please call 6848 6848.
- Cut-off time for morning delivery is 5pm one day before delivery date.
- Cut-off time for afternoon delivery is 10am on the day of delivery.
Can I change my delivery address at the last minute?
Due to unforeseen circumstances, you may need to change the delivery address. For same day delivery, please call 6848 6848 before the stated cut-off
- Cut-off time for morning delivery is 5pm one day before delivery date.

We will try our best to accommodate to the changes if the situation allows.
Will I be charged for Re-delivery?
If you are not present to receive your delivery, drivers may have to proceed to other deliveries first before making a return trip at a later time (usually is after all other deliveries). Please note, there is a re-delivery fee of $20, please arrange someone to be at the location at your chosen delivery slot.
Note: Emailing or messaging via SMS to update changes for same day delivery order is not allowed as sales office might not receive the request in time. Last minute delivery changes have to be notified via calls.
