When is the cut off time for me to place my orders during peak periods?

When is peak period?

Public holidays, the eve of public holidays, June and December school holidays are peak periods for BBQ Wholesale.

How to order if I need last minute delivery during peak period?

To secure a delivery slot, please place an order online 3-4 days before the delivery date with credit / debit card payment.

Will I still be able to order if I missed the cut off time?

If you have missed the cut-off time, you may still submit an order online. At delivery details page, select "Self Collection" and indicate in the remarks column your delivery address. BBQ office will contact you shortly for confirmation. 

For orders received after cut off time, delivery will be subjected to availability. If delivery is not available, please proceed to collect at BBQ office tomorrow or alternatively, you may arrange private hire / taxi pick up on your behalf. (see below for our address and operating hours)

Can I order over the phone during peak period? 

We will not be able to take in phone order during our peak period. 

Can I walk-in to purchase from your shop tomorrow instead?

Yes, you may walk-in to 81 Frankel Avenue Singapore 458209.
