Are you able to deliver at a specific time?

Do you provide exact timing delivery (e.g. 5pm SHARP)? 

Unfortunately, we do not provide exact time delivery.

However, we do provide specific (one hourly) delivery to the following locations: 

1. All parks
2. All chalets
3. HDB, Condominium and landed property
4. Building outside CBD areas

I am unable to choose specific delivery timing for some location. Why?

For certain locations, specific one hourly delivery timing is not available.

Only two hourly delivery time slot is available for the following locations: 

1. Sentosa
2. Tuas
3. SAF camps 
4. CBD building

For delivery to Kranji area, only morning delivery 10am to 12pm is available. 

Do you deliver to ferry terminal?

Yes, we do. Only express one hourly timing is available for all delivery to Ferry Terminal.

Please note standard two hourly delivery slot is not available in this case
