How are food prepared and stored prior to the delivery?

How is food packaged?

• Raw marinated food is immediately packed in tightly sealed PVC tray or PVC vacuumed pack. 
• Other food items like raw small otah and satay will be packed in a plastic bag.
• Cook-chill food is packed in an aluminium tray that can be conveniently warmed over the bbq pit.

How is food stored prior to delivery / collection?

• All food will be stored in a foam box to preserve food quality and freshness. If you do not need the foam box, kindly inform staff or driver immediately upon collection or delivery. We will refund cash back to you. 

NOTE: We will not be able to refund for the foam box after drivers have left your venue.
